Dr. Paul Reier
Dr. Reier is a pioneer who has experienced a good deal of success in the field of nerve tissue transplantation in experimental models of spinal cord injury. His lab in Florida is actively engaged in determining the optimal source of tissue for transplantation, survival of the transplant, and integration of the transplanted tissue with the nervous system of the recipient.
Some consider Dr. Reier to be the researcher's researcher. He is not only warm, friendly, and brilliant, but he has that uncanny knack of being able to explain extremely technical procedures in as simple or complex language as you wish.
